A. Our Game Theaters can hold up to 16 kids or 12 adults comfortably inside our climate controlled trailer. In addition, with our Ultimate Game Theater there are two outside screens that can entertain up to 8 more players. For the best party experience we usually recommend between 14-16 players. Top |

A. Although people start playing games at a very young age, the only requirement we have is that players are able to take direction from our Game Coaches. We have no problem doing a party for six year olds as long as we can have assistance from the parents or older siblings. We do recommend that parties are for kids 7 years old and up. Top |

A. Our game theater requires at least 50' of level space to park. We usually fit in front of most homes with no issues however it is always recommended to check with your neighbors to make sure we won't block their drive ways. If your street is narrow and/or live in a common community please notify us before hand. Top |

A. While tipping is never required, it is always appreciated if you feel our Game Coach has done a great job for your party or event. Top |

A. While parents or others are always welcome to observe or participate in the gaming it is normally not necessary, however we do ask that at least one adult/host be present to help supervise younger kids. Our game coaches are there to help the kids maximize the experience and will run the event for you. Top |

A. Sorry, but due to our high quality theater and our commitment to the cleanest and most prestigious game truck in our industry we do not allow any food or beverages inside. Top |

A. We carry a fairly comprehensive selection of the latest and most popular video games ranging from E to M ESRB Rated Games. You are welcome to bring in any of your games from home if we do not have a particular game your child enjoys. We highly encourage video games that focus on social gaming so most of our games are multiplayer games. Some are able to be linked together for an even more competitive and social gaming experience. Check our Game Library for a complete list of all the games that we offer.
In addition, please review our policy on Video Game Ratings. We fully respect and support making sure your kids are playing the rated games you selected!. Top |

A. Our mobile game theater is fully enclosed, insulated, and climate controlled so weather is never an issue. The only issue is the loss of the two outside screens. So there will be NO cancellation due to weather! Top |

A. Standard Groups up to 24 players, the normal deposit is $100.
For Special Events or groups greater than 24 players we charge a 25% deposit of the total amount due to secure a date and time during the initial booking.
There is a No-Cancellation Policy applied to all Special Events, a cancellation fee of the FULL AMOUNT DUE applies to all cancellations made to Special Event reservations. Top |

A. Rescheduling is always an option and we are more than welcome to accommodate you at no extra charge 14 or more days in advance of your reservation date.
All deposits are non refundable.
No additional cancellation fee applied for cancellation requests made 14 or more days in advance of your reservation date.
Non refundable deposit fee applies to all rescheduling requests made less than 14 days in advance of your reservation date. Additional deposit will be required with a new reservation date and time.
Cancellation fee of 50% of the TOTAL REMAINING BALANCE DUE applies for cancellations made less than 14 days in advance of your reservation date.
Cancellation fee of the FULL AMOUNT DUE applies for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance of your reservation date, or in case of no-show.
Cancellation fee of the FULL AMOUNT DUE applies to all cancellations made to large groups (>24 players) or Special Event reservations. No-Cancellation Policy applies to all Special Events.

We are locally based in Elk Grove, CA and cover Elk Grove, Lodi, and the greater Sacramento Region including Auburn, Newcastle, Penryn, Loomis, Rocklin, Roseville, Lincoln, Granite Bay, Folsom, Eldorado Hills, Rancho Cordova, Orangevale, Fair Oaks, Carmichael, Citrus Heights, Rio Linda, Davis, and Woodland.

A. No. Our game theater is a fully self powered unit. We have our own ultra quite generator to run all of our systems. The generator is about as loud as an idling car so it should not disturb the neighbors. Top |

A. Yes! We are excited to be able to offer XBOX live! Gamer's will need to have their XBOX live accounts on a USB card, plug it into one of our consoles and they are good to go! XBOX live will only be available in areas where 4G connectivity is possible. Top |

A. Yes, in fact we encourage our game coaches to play so that they can stay up on the latest games. If their is an open TV or controller they might jump on in and challenge the other gamers. However, their first priority is that all the kids are playing first. Top |
